The crowd of 36,270 waited to give Arrieta the standing ovation on Tuesday night at Wrigley Field, watching him put the finishing touches on a 4-0 complete-game victory over the Milwaukee Brewers and notch his 20th win.

My wife and I first became familiar with Dave's photography through friends. The pictures he shot for their wedding-and then ours 18 months later-were what I'll call "Classic Dave"-stunning, unique, fun, and artistic. Dave Suarez has done two photo shoots in our home. We wanted to capture the feel and warmth of the holidays with our two daughters and what better place then, home for the holidays.

Dave's keen eye for the nature beauty of the room and our daughters of course...made some lasting photos that we have put on Christmas cards and adorned our home with.

When I sit back and look at those photographs I reflect on the peaceful setting in which they were taken, I will never go to a mall again for family photographs.
